PRESIDENT

Todd has been involved in Construction projects of many sizes including building his own home several times. He has worked as a Commercial General Contractor on jobs over $20 Million and has over 15 years worth of logistics and site management experience. Through those building experiences, the concept of Iron Pine was born. Being a builder that is passionate about delivering a quality home above standards and knowing those quality levels are met through constant supervision. Todd has learned the various stages of construction and prides himself on insuring things are done the right way!

VICE PRESIDENT

Jacob has done construction work for over 18 years. From residential work to multi-million commercial projects where he also worked as a Commercial General Contractor. Jacob is accustomed to high standards, having worked in the Houston Medical Center and various other high profile environments. There has always been passion for quality in everything he does. When Todd and Jacob discussed the opportunity to start a home building business together, they both had the same vision, to build a home that they would be proud of and that would withstand the test of time.



DESIGNER

Designing interiors has been Cindy’s passion since starting her own business, Rooms Renewed, in 1996. Cindy worked for a high-producing realtor in Southlake staging homes long before before staging was popular. She also helped new owners decorate homes with their existing furniture and accessories.In 2000, Cindy was hired by Maykus Custom Homes in Southlake designing interiors for both spec homes and new customers for 10 years. She was then hired by Kim Fancher Designs in Granbury to assist clients with staging and selecting finishes for new and remodeled homes. Cindy takes great pride in making design dreams come true for our clients and relishes what she does.

SALES

Heather is an energetic real estate broker associate who understands what it takes to negotiate deals in today’s landscape. She grew up in Parker County and chose to return to her roots after college. Heather attended Baylor University and obtained her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice. She comes to us with 10 years of experience in real estate, commercial construction, and residential construction. Heather is meticulous, reliable, and makes herself available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. She instills confidence in clients and works tirelessly until their vision is fully executed. Heather is someone you won’t regret working with.
